Opening Times

The Practice is open Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00; patients will be seen within these times by appointment only. 

When you contact the practice you will be asked for a brief reason why you need to be seen. This enables us to ensure you are seen by the correct clinician to help with your care.

If you feel your problem can't wait for the next appointment you will be asked to complete a triage form to be reviewed by a clinician.

When We Are Closed

The ‘out of hours’ service for emergencies is provided by Fife Health Board and access to it is made by phoning NHS 24 on 111

NHS 24 is available for advice phone calls at any time by phoning 111. Please note that phone calls to NHS 24 are recorded for security purposes.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
