Noticeboard

Public Holiday Notice: the next surgery closure will be Monday 6 May 2024. Re-opening on Tuesday 7 May.

You cannot register as a temporary patient at a practice in the town or area where you are already registered.

Please note: Identification is required to be seen by Reception staff when registering with the surgery. This should be proof of address and also Photographic identification. Examples of accepted identification are Driving Licence, Utility Bill, Passport, Birth Certificate.

If your usual residence is outwith the UK, please bring EHIC card with you. For normal residence outwith Europe there may be a charge.
